Ravaglioli to feature several new innovative products at Automechanika 2024

July 2024 – Vehicle Service Group (VSG), a leader in the motor vehicle equipment industry, confirms its presence, together with its flagship brand Ravaglioli, at the 2024 edition of the Automechanika trade fair with a booth in Hall 8.0 A44, announcing big news to its customers and partners in terms of product launches.
After the great success of two years ago, VSG returns to Automechanika with one mission – to surprise. At the fair, products designed and developed by VSG’s R&D team to meet the latest market requirements will be premiered. There will also be products launched in the last two years that have established themselves in the industry as innovative solutions.
Wheel aligner CCD – RAVTD6000TWSR
Equipped with CCD sensors with data transmission via Bluetooth and powered by fast-charging batteries, RAVTD6000TWSR allows the operator wide mobility between multiple workstations by controlling all diagnostic procedures via a tablet.
Fast clamp
With the aim of optimizing every part of the work cycle, VSG has developed a fast clamp for both CCD and 3D aligners. With its compact and lightweight design, it can be used on 540 mm-780 mm diameter tyres.
2-post lift – Legend Series
The KPX40AV is the model that completes the Legend Series. It is characterized by innovative AV (‘All Vehicles’) arms, which extend 20% further than traditional arms, allowing it to reach the gripping points of a wide range of vehicles. This makes it extremely flexible, enabling workshops to lift every type of car from classic city cars to vans.
