Ravaglioli announces its participation in Autopromotec 2025
Sasso Marconi. April 2025 – Vehicle Service Group (VSG), a leader in the automotive equipment sector, confirms its presence, together with its flagship brand Ravaglioli, at the 2025 edition of the Autopromotec trade fair, at stand A38 in Hall 30.
After its absence from the last edition due to the pandemic that hit Europe in 2020, VSG returns to the spotlight of Italy’s largest automotive trade fair. On this occasion, the company will present innovative solutions aimed at improving the productivity of workshops, with a particular focus on technologies capable of optimising work processes and responding to current and future challenges in the industry.
Below are the featured products highlighting the most significant solutions designed under the Ravaglioli brand.
Electro-hydraulic 2-post lift – KPH35
The first model in a series featuring electrohydraulic technology that will take shape over the months to come. The series will include models with different load capacities, each of which will be developed in three versions: Standard, Medium, Premium. The standard version with a 3.5-t capacity will make its world-wide debut at the fair.
It presents itself to the market as one of the most reliable lifts currently available, thanks to its Hydraulic Sequential Circuit (HSC) system allowing any error made by the first cylinder to be identified, while the second automatically intervenes to ensure regular operation.
It is suitable for workshops of all kinds, even those with limited working space, as it can be installed with reduced width.
Electro-hydraulic mobile columns – Alpha Series
Presented in September for the first time in Frankfurt, the new series of Ravaglioli branded mobile columns is officially launched on the market on the occasion of the fair. The robustness and reliability that have always distinguished the brand are encapsulated in a new design and a new technological concept.
The structure of the column is compact and extremely mobile thanks to the hydraulic carriage. Each column has identifying numbering and an LED indicator displaying post operation in real time. All the information on the status of the column can be viewed directly in the new app, which is the most important new development.
In addition to post management, the app can be used to configure posts safely, easily and quickly.
From the operational point of view, the mechanical safety closure system with a reduced wheelbase and greater contact width ensures complete safety during lifting procedures and improves the parking function.
Truck wheel aligner – RAVTD6000TB.3
This truck wheel aligner is transportable, as it comes with two four-wheel cases. Perfect for situations requiring operators to intervene outside their workshops, whether at the customer’s premises or in an emergency on the road.
Thanks to their small size, the cases can even be transported conveniently with a standard vehicle.
The cases are designed to ensure advanced performance even under extreme conditions, such as high temperatures or in the presence of chemicals. Confirming their reliability, they have been qualified according to military standards.
The equipment includes two cases: one containing 4-point clamps and a cylinder kit, while the other houses a tablet for managing alignment operations and lowered measuring heads designed specifically for lorries and buses. The second case is also equipped with an external power supply, permitting charging of both the measuring heads and the tablet directly inside.
